Refund policy

RETURNS:

I strive to make beautiful handmade pieces that will last a lifetime.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, I ask that you contact me within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and that it be shipped back to me within one week of delivery, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging.  The customer will be responsible for any return shipping cost incurred and the refund will be less the cost of the original outgoing shipping on my end (the cost when I shipped to you) as well as a 10% restocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions:

I am sorry, but I am not able to accept returns on commission pieces. 

Due to hygiene issues, I cannot accept returns on earrings. 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on gift cards or pieces listed as final sale.
